• One contract . . . and one point of contact – From project conceptualization to completion, you will have a senior MainStreet407 Companies Manager handling your every question, concern and decision. They, in turn, will manage all of the work performed by MainStreet 407 employees and subcontractors, and be responsible for scheduling, safety plans and cost control reporting.
• Architectural and design planning – MainStreet407 Glazing, through its “sister” company, MainStreet Design, can provide in-house architectural and interior design support directly, or will work closely with an architectural or design team of your choosing. Either way, you will receive multiple design ideas that accommodate your requirements and budget.
• Construction and modifications – As your prime contractor, MainStreet407 can oversee and coordinate our work as one integrated team to ensure the project meets your – and our – exacting standards, and to ensure that your work is completed as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
